infinite possibilities“A thought is harmless unless we believe it. It’s not our thoughts, but our attachment to our thoughts, that causes suffering. Attaching to a thought means believing that it’s true, without inquiring. A belief is a thought that we’ve been attaching to, often for years.”  ~ Byron KatieLoving What Is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life

How attached are you to a specific outcome?  The problem with attachment it that it usually evolves out of fear of change, fear of the unknown and a need to control as a result of separating from our own personal power and wisdom.  We tend to hang on to what we know even if it isn’t serving us.  It is emotionally familiar in the uncomfortableness of it.  The problem is that if we don’t let go and get present with ourselves and accept what is, we suffer from possibility blindness.  We do not see the opportunities that are all around us because we are too busy clinging onto something that our ego tells us is going to make us feel secure.  We are in fear vs. love.  We are a victim to life vs. life flowing through us.  We give up our right to choose what brings us love, joy, peace and abundance.

The greatest gift we all have is the ability to choose.  We are constantly making choices about our life consciously and unconsciously.  In letting go of attachment to an outcome and by embracing faith in the Universe that everything is in Divine Order, I can trust that great things will happen when I make a conscious loving choice for myself that serves my highest and best good.

Take the blinders off and open yourself up to the infinite possibilities of greatness that are awaiting you.  Make a conscious choice to live a purposeful and passionate life!

Love and Light,

Helen

Affirmation:  In this moment I consciously choose to see and embrace the infinite possibilities that are available for me.  I choose to live with passion and purpose knowing that as I let go of attachment to how this shows up I feel myself guided and supported by the Universe.  And so it is!
